Over the last decade or so, medical tourism has become one of the fastest growing sectors in the health industry. As a result, Turkey, with it’s high end hospitals, and affordable prices (up to 70% cheaper than most places in Europe), has become one of the most popular places to go to for cosmetic surgery for absolutely thousands upon thousands of people throughout the world. And to help us keep up with this forever growing demand, we, at American English, would like to offer you the opportunity to join our family by becoming one of our representatives and agents.
At American Aesthetic, we have a long history of working with beauty/cosmetic practitoners and clinics all throughout the U.K and Europe on an agency basis. But as the demand for plastic surgery each year is increasing, we are constantly looking for new partnerships with beauty/cosmetic practitoners or individuals to help us keep up with this demand.
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, individuals who have a passion for the health industry and cosmetic surgery in general as well as professional beauty/cosmectic practitoners who are looking to expand their businesses by providing their clients with services that they do not provide themselves.
You do not necessarily need any prior experience in working in the health industry, but experience in any field that requires customer services would, of course, be an advantage. As an agent you would be expected to forward potential patients to our hospital and to liaise with one of our many English speaking patient coordinators here in Istanbul. Whatever your background, we will provide you with all the training and information that you will need to start your own career in this forever growing sector. Pay is commission based and depending on the needs of your clients that could be anywhere between 5% to 15% (with average commission being 10%).
Established in 2016, and located in the heart and epicenter of Istanbul, American Aesthetic is a well established surgical hospital specialising in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. As we are not an agency like other clinics and practices that you may find on-line, who work with a number of independent doctors and surgeons in Turkey, all plastic surgery procedures are conducted on our own premises by our own personal team of dedicated and professional surgeons and medical staff who have over 15 years experience in their field. Also, at American Aesthetic, we pride ourselves on an affordable high quality service and complete patient satisfication. Our patients’ health, happiness and comfort is of the utmost importance to us and as a result you can be sure that your clients will be well looked after.
All of our surgeons and doctors are highly experienced and qualified to undertake any of your clients’ cosmetic needs. Our team consists of an assosiate professor, 3 plastic surgeons and an anesthesiologist all of whom are certified by the Turkish society of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic surgeons and the European board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS).
